Viele beneiden uns weil wir hier wohnen d\u00fcrfen wo andere Urlaub machen.<\/p>\n<p>Die L\u00e4rchenw\u00e4lder vor der Haust\u00fcr &#8211; die seit 1981 unter Landschaftsschutz stehen &#8211;&nbsp; zeigen uns die Jahreszeiten am sch\u00f6nsten an.<\/p>\n<p>Lehnberghaus, Simmering, Marienberg, Coburgerh\u00fctte und vieles mehr! Alles in greifbarer N\u00e4he. Ob Bergwandern, Spazieren, Radfahren, Mountainbiken, Langlaufen, Rodeln, Skitouren gehen oder Klettern. &#8211; alles ist in der nahen Umgebung m\u00f6glich.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Einkauf, auf die Bank oder ins Tourismusb\u00fcro m\u00fcssen sie nur ca. 3 km nach Obsteig.
